Cascade Classic reports normally contain tracing waveform graphics. Missing waveform tracing graphics in reports can result from a few variables.
Primary solutions:
- Using Cascade versions 3.0 (or lower) with Windows 10 results in missing tracing wave forms in reports. Older versions of Cascade are not compatible with Windows 10. The recommended solution is to download the most recent version of Cascade Classic from the downloads link found in Cadwell Support web (https://cadwell.support/ionm-downloads). Follow installation instructions carefully. Downloads are available to registered users.
- Cascade versions less than 3.1 SP6 are vulnerable to missing trace waves in reports as a result of a Microsoft Windows Security Patch (KB4343900). The recommended solution is to download the most recent version of Cascade Classic from the downloads link found in Cadwell Support web (https://cadwell.support/ionm-downloads). Follow installation instructions carefully. Downloads are available to registered users.
Other miscellaneous solutions for missing wave forms in reports:
- Select a view that includes all wave forms to be printed. Most Cascade users have a special view programmed to use for generating reports. Using a view that does not include waveforms will result in reports without wave forms.
- Before generating a report, verify that you have selected a report template that is programmed to include wave forms. The “All Windows” report template includes all of the waveform tracings in the view that is selected at the time the report is generated.
