The Sierra Summit software has an auto-hide setting which hides the muscle scoring table during EMG testing.  To show the EMG scoring table, click on the Muscle Scoring Table icon in the upper toolbar.

Alternately you can turn Knob #1 (Score Table/Modify).

To disable the Auto-hide setting, right click the mouse on the EMG scoring table and un-check the auto-hide setting.  To make this change the new default setting, click on Edit then click on Save Test Parameters.
