Make sure that the QVM device is turned on. Plug the QVM into the computer.

Go to the Recording tab in Arc. Only the Download button should be available and it will only show the camera information at the top of the window.

Click the Download button to download the video. A progress window should appear and let you know when the download is complete.

If you have more than one Arc system and they are standalone, you will need to do this on the system that the waveform data was downloaded to.
