- I can’t turn on the QVM2 camera
- Make sure the battery is fully charged. If the battery is charging, the red light will be solid.
- Please unplug the camera from the USB cable and press the power button down for 30 seconds. This will reset the camera and you should see the Cadwell logo screen.
- Camera Error
- Unplug the camera from the computer and press the power button for 30 seconds. Wait until you see the Cadwell logo to reconnect the USB cable.
- I can’t see the camera in software (orange Q)
- Try replacing the USB cable and plugging into a different USB port. For the best connection, plug it into the back of the computer.
- Please unplug the camera from the USB cable and press the power button down for 30 seconds.
