Sierra Summit and Sierra Wave Sentence Generator may show an error stating that “The muscle scoring table definition stored in the current test does not match the sentence generator setup.”  This error will appear in the TabData window and in reports that contain EMG.  It results from a mismatch between EMG Muscle Scoring Table test settings and EMG Sentence Generator Sentence Meanings.  To eliminate the error, follow these steps:

1. Open a patient study for review (not a report but a data file).
2. If not already there, enter TabData (F4) from testing window.  TabData is also opened by clicking on view then TabData.
3. Click on EMG: muscle Scoring Table
4. Click on Sentence Setup
5. Click on Synchronize
6. Click on OK

Sentence Generator and EMG test parameters are now synchronized.  Future synchronization will be required when Muscle Scoring Table changes are made.
