Please note some upgrades, such as for Enterprise level customers, may take multiple days to complete. If your Cadwell equipment is covered by an active Cadwell Software Maintenance Plan, upgrade support is provided at no additional charge, otherwise please note that such assistance will be billed on an hourly basis at our current support rate.
