Cascade Classic requires Windows program .NET 3.5 SP1

Windows 10 does not always have .NET 3.5 SP1 enabled

To enable Windows 10 .NET 3.5 SP1 follow these steps:

1. Open Control Panel (right click on start to find it)
2. Navigate to Programs and Features
3. Navigate to the option to Turn Windows Features on or off
4. Click the selection box to enable .NET framework 3.5
5. Click OK

Note:  For Computers located within hospital domains contact your IT department to enable .NET 3.5 SP1
