Ambulatory Recorder will not connect

If your ambulatory recorder will not show the status of connected:

  1. Put in fresh batteries. If they are new take one out, wait for the lights to go out, then put the battery back in place.
  2. Press and hold the Patient Event Button
  3. Disconnect and reconnect the black interface cable at the recorder and PC
  4. Confirm that the network card is set to the correct IP address. For complete instructions refer to the document “Configuring Win 7 for Easy III.”
