Support Instructions

  1. Locate the unit’s serial number and your customer account number, if available.
  2. Call Cadwell at 1-800-245-3001 or 1-509-735-6481.
  3. For application software or operational support, ask for Clinical Applications.
    For hardware support, ask for Technical Service.
  4. The Clinical or Service specialist may require you to perform basic procedures on the unit or in the software.
  5. After the problem is diagnosed, you may be issued a Service Repair Order (SRO) number for exchange parts or repairs. Keep this number for requesting information about the repair.
  6. To exchange a part, turn off the unit and disconnect the power supply. Exchange the part with the replacement supplied. Connect the power supply and turn on the unit to test its operation. Return the defective part immediately using the replacement shipping carton.
  7. To return a unit for repair, pack it in its original container or an appropriate shipping container and write the SRO number on the box. Air-freight is recommended.
Billable repairs include a 90-day warranty, and covers only those items repaired.
